Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

We are committed to delivering safe and high-quality Montessori toys. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns (Defect Only)

• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
• Clear photo or video proof of the defect is mandatory.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• All other sales are final and non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind or incorrect product selection
• Minor variations in wood grain, color, or finish
• Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
• Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
